Golfing, Ping Pong and Bowling!

 

 Alright yall... go ahead and flame me for not writing an email last week but my mom already did so it won't do much good haha. Anyway let's get into shall we. I can't believe I have already hit a month in Seattle. Heck ya boys you love to see it. The work overall isn't going the greatest but we trying our best out here. I know technically this email should be long cuz I haven't written in two weeks but I'm going try to keep it short cuz I don't enjoy writing emails for over 30 minutes. 


Exchanges
I went on two exchanges and it's kinda funny to see how English days look and let me tell ya, they aren't as productive as us Español boys out here haha. Nah for real tho it was good but everyone kept asking me why I don't have bedsheets and I would just say... Idk just haven't got any yet but apparently my mom informed me today that I've had them in my suitcase this whole time and I almost went a whole transfer without them so I will be bustin those bad boys out tonight, yes sir. 

Ping Pong
Ok ok ok listen up. I am a MASTER at ping pong. No Joke! like I feel like I could play in an Asian tourney and get close to winning. haha   Elder Baker and I play a lot of ping pong and we have actually gotten insanely good. One of these days I'm going to take a video and post it on my photos. 

P day today
Today was absolutely goated p day. For context me, Elder Baker, and Elder Bodell were with each other all day today.  We weren't with our comps at all but its all good cuz they hung out with each other. We started the day off with playing 9 wholes of golf at 8:30am and that was fun. I didn't play good but not horrible for my first time but overall a blast. Check the photos for a few vlogs on that. Then we went bowling and they gave us 3 free games and I bowled a 148 and 157 or something like that so not to bad. Then we went to the Startins house which is just a super nice member couple who love the missionaries and they bought us panda haha... love em for that. Then we went to the stake center and me and Baker played ping pong for probably about 3 hours. I'm telling you we actually insane. But ya W p day today. 

Spanish
I have a talk on Sunday and I'm supposed to make it 12 minutes and I can tell you right now I'll be lucky if it's 8 minutes. It is going to be a rough so I'll update next week on how that goes. My Spanish is definitely coming along but still pretty slowly. The things I know how to say I can say fluently and my vocab has expanded a good amount but I'm kind of struggling to understand people. I swear it's impossible to speak fluently and listen fluently... you can only do one or the other haha. 

Kidnapped?
Ya so I almost probably got kidnapped and it's a long story so I don't really want to explain it in great detail but we went to a house, the guy right as he opened the door told us to "get in his house" and so we did and he was just a super strange dude overall. He told us he was a really bad person like 5 times and the spirit was telling me and my comp to leave ASAP and so we tried our best but I was so scared. I could explain it a lot better and give more details but I'm to lazy to. If you really wanna hear just email and ask and I can give you the full story but ya my heart was racing so fast I was like dude we really need to leave and we got out as fast as possible.

That's all I'm gonna write cuz i've been writing for like 15 minutes now and my back hurts from carrying my golf clubs all day. I hope you all are doing awesome because I'm trying my best out here to do awesome as well haha.
 Also i need some of you to email me cuz I wanna hear from people. Somedays the mission has long days... so please email me if you want. Anyways I will maybe possibly see yall next week depending if I write an email. Love y'all and keep being awesome.

  Hola mis amigos! Holy cow its been an eventful past 2 weeks. I'm starting to regret not writing an email last week because now there is so much I want to talk about so hopefully this email won't be to long. Anyways lets begin... The last week at the MTC was a blast! We did a challenge where you can only speak Spanish for the last week and a half.  That was interesting because my roommates didn't even speak the same language but it all turned out good. Saying goodbye to Elder Lloyd was really hard for me. The night before he left I went to his room and we gave each other blessings, and then said goodbye and I'm not gonna lie I could not keep it together that night. It was definitely a hard one. Transfers

  Alright sorry for writing this email late. This past week just flew by and it's because we had Elder Wada of the Seventy come and do a mission tour so 3 days of the week were pretty much spent just listening to him but I loved it. This also means we didn't do a lot of missionary work but it's alright. This week we won't do a ton either though because of Thanksgiving and transfers. Transfers Super horrible news...Elder Baker is being transferred to Seattle. It is actually so depressing because I did everything with him this transfer. Good news however is I did not get transferred and I still have my same trainer and Elder Bodell is also staying here. P-Day Great p-day this week. We played golf, bowling, and a lot of football. It felt so good to run some routes and throw a football around. I actuallly miss it so much. We also had a member meal and they fed 8 missionaries so that was fun cuz all my boys were there.  Spanish/Talk So I gave my first talk in Spanish. I'...
